Mondial De L'Automobile: When Cars Meets With Green Luxury

Paris

October 22,2022

After 4 years of absence, the Mondial de L'Automobile is back at the Parc des expositions de la Porte de Versailles. This year, green energies are in the spotlight and Méduse International has found some exceptional models.

Hopium

Hopium, one of the darlings of this world car show is a high-end vehicle of French brand. Created in 2019 by the winner of the 2011 edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans competition Olivier Lombard, this vehicle combines ergonomics, power, endurance and durability. Hopium sets the standard for a new generation of hydrogen vehicles. With its 500 horsepower, this car can reach 100 km/h in 5 seconds and has a range of 100 km.

To see the Hopium on the roads of Monaco or Tokyo, we will have to wait until 2025, the date of its official release.

From the Alpine 110 AR to the AlpenGlow Concept Car

The Alpine 110 AR is the flagship vehicle of this show. The Renault group marked its entry into Formula 1 by unveiling a technological innovation through the cars offered.

The 2-door sports coupe goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. Agile, light thanks to its aerodynamic design, made of aluminum, with 3 driving modes normal, sport and track, it ensures an incredible road holding!

As for the ALPENGLOW, a vector of emotion and elegance, it has a hybrid internal and external combustion engine. Designed in recycled carbon, the AlpenGlow has a transparent and bluish helmet-shaped cockpit that allows air to flow through to increase aerodynamic performance. The Alpenglow is the epitome of a race car - the source of all Alpine.

Jeep Avenger Concept

Next to the 2WD Jeep Avenger, we had a crush on the other Jeep innovation, the Avenger with 4WD, tested in extreme conditions in the Mojab desert.

It's a jewel that brings together the history of the brand's flagship cars. The shape of the vehicle is a tribute to the Wrangler. The level lines on the hood and roof of the vehicle represent the Mojab desert and the Bubicon Trail. Small crosses on the grill are reminiscent of the Jericane model.

A true emblem of the technological innovation of the Jeep brand, the level 2 driving assistance options are numerous, blind spot detector in the mirrors, adaptive cruise control, road holding, lane keeping, driver fatigue detection alarm thanks to a system that monitors the eyes. The Avenger will go into production in 2023.
